Nationwide Parts/Module Experts, a Jacksonville based automotive parts sales and repair service, is seeking a shipping and receiving candidate. The ideal candidate will have experience with labeling systems for shipping and managing received inventory.
Position: Shipping & receiving, light manufacturing duty. Entry level position with advancement potential in a small, but fast paced sales and manufacturing organization.
Job Duties:
REQUIRED: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH UPS, FED-EX, OR USPS LABELING SYSTEMS
- Plan and prioritize daily activities. Effectively manage time and productivity. Adapt to procedures and systems quickly.
- Enter incoming part information into database.
- Prepare and package parts for shipment (non-warehouse environment).
- Maintain inventory of shipping supplies & parts.
- Summarize daily reports.
- Adhere to all company policies.
Job Skills:
- Automotive parts knowledge
- Customer service focused
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, in writing, and through email communications
- Ability to manage daily activities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

- Must be responsible and reliable.
Basic computer skills required. Intermediate proficiency in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Knowledge of on-line shipping systems and inventory control experience a plus.
Must have reliable transportation and clear MVR. Able to work M-F 8:30-5:30
