Responsibilities

• Experience managing a percision machine shop
• Able to schedule talent and handle weekly payroll
• Support the team with day to day functions and activities to meet production goals
• Solid leadership skills to keep team engaged and motivated
• Good computer skills to include MS Office and ERP operating systems
• Effective communications skills both written and oral
• Experience in lean manufacturing required
