Before applying, please note that this position will require direct experience working with national sign and branding programs. In addition, this position could be based anywhere in the U.S.A. as a remote position if not near one of our offices based on experienced level.

Position Summary:

As an Estimator for our national accounts team, you will have the opportunity to create cost projections for multiple brands, such as retailers, hospital networks, food chains, and custom signage. Using your signage knowledge and resourcefulness, you will dig into bid documents, specification, and conceptual drawings to create a program estimate. Throughout the process, strong communication and relationship building are needed as you interact with the sales, production, and purchasing teams.

Our most successful estimators thrive in our high-octane, fast-paced environment, yet have the ability to stay cool, calm and collected while faced with unique challenges each day. Additionally, they are comfortable with ambiguity and regularly use assertive communication skills to ascertain the appropriate products to estimate.

What it takes to excel:

• 2+ years signage estimating experience, to include both materials and labor.
• Sound business acumen and understanding of what drives company profits.
• Ability to read and comprehend architectural blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Proficient computer skills. Program usage will include but not limited to Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, and companies ERP system.
• Consult with owners, contractors, vendors, and project managers to develop and communicate estimates.
• Advanced time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to details.
• Ability to work well independently and/or within a team.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
