Core Job Responsibilities:

• Assist below roof with solar and energy storage systems installations onsite
• Assist with solar systems monitoring, troubleshooting, retrofitting, installation, and commissioning.
• Collect data, photos, and assist in the creation of field reports for appropriate company personnel
• Provide technical assistance, identify, troubleshoot and remedy issues onsite
• Organize inventory of equipment needed for jobs
• Service solar & energy storage systems (ESS) for commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Update project management software and task lists for project planning & installation
• Review system and monitoring with customers
• Lead efforts for safe working practices
• Job is performed at customer sites, home based company office, or remote, depending on the tasks of the day.

Requirements:

• Must be local to Cape Cod, MA, local to Upper Cape preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to jobsites, mostly across Cape Cod, or at times within Massachusetts
• 1 year of general construction experience preferred
• Must be personable and ensure the highest customer satisfaction possible
• Must be available to work an occassional Saturday
• Must have good computer skills including the ability to use/learn electronics user interface for troubleshooting equipment and updating firmware.
• NABCEP Certification a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with OSHA and OSHA 10 certification a plus
