Rivermont Schools is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher's Assistant to work under the collaborative supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA, and principal on an in-district placement (IDP) in the WT Griggs Elementary School in Poplar Branch, NC. The Special Education Teacher's Assistant provides instructional support to assigned student(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work collaboratively with members of the multidisciplinary team to implement appropriate services.
• Provide instructional support to students using PBIS, ABA, and VB techniques.
• Maintain student confidentiality per agency policy, FERPA/HIPAA privacy rule regulations, and student/counselor confidentiality.
