BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Multimedia Specialist will assist in creating and delivering multimedia content for Kubota University. This position will focus primarily on video development, filming and editing for technical and sales training. This will include maintaining a digital content library of the raw source, supporting digital assets, and produced content.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:
Typical office environment.
Up to 30% Travel required.

BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Multimedia Specialist will assist in creating and delivering multimedia content for Kubota University. This position will focus primarily on video development, filming and editing for technical and sales training. This will include maintaining a digital content library of the raw source, supporting digital assets, and produced content.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:
- Assists with production, editing, and publishing video and audio content for Kubota Sales, Parts, and Service audiences, collaborating with Kubota University colleagues, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and dealer personnel.
- Manage Kubota University’s Studio and related technology, including the production of live-online training programming.
- Ability to create content using a camera, lighting, and audio devices in a studio and remote environments.
- Continually improve Kubota University’s Digital Asset Management tools and processes
- Assists with creation of marketing and communication projects, including email and other written communications
- Designs graphics, titles, music, and creative elements used in Kubota University’s work product; makes editorial decisions regarding assembly of information, illustrations, and content.
- Additional duties assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- In lieu of Bachelor’s, Associate’s and 2 years related work experience.
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
- Knowledge of professional audio/video and staging techniques, facilities, and equipment.
- Knowledge of audio/video storage and archiving procedures.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Zoom, and OBS in a PC environment.
- Knowledge of professional audio and/or video editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards.
- Strong attention to detail, proofreading and editing skills.
