Qualifications:
- Commercial and/or technical training
- Desirable: an engineer or economist specializing in materials management purchasing with a strong technical understanding
Proficiency:
- Neogatiating skills and guarnteed completion that have grown steadily in contract negotiations with national and international partners
- Product and market knowledge
- PC/DP skills -also SAP R3
- English language skills madatory. (German recommended
- Willingness for customer-orientated cooperation in project management teams
- Contract law
Objective of the position;
- Market analysis, bid comparisons, processing of orders and invoices
- Selection of high quality suppliers during simultaneous concetration of the number of suppliers
- Detection of synergy potentials
- Negotiation with supplier
- Preparation / completion of the necessary contract documents
- Awarding contracts, in accordance with existing corporate policies
- Develop supplier strategies
- Maintain and develop customer relationships
- Handle complaints from escalation level
- Continuous improvement programs to meet purchasing goals
- Support and participation in projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
