What You’ll Do: As a Sr Life Business Support Specialist, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Life New Business and Contract Change. This role will define, plan and execute FAST User Acceptance Testing for new products and the migration of legacy products. Additionally, you will serve as a member of the project team responsible for determining test objectives, project reporting, creating the functional list, assisting in target date planning, coordinating testing with IT and the other Life Departments. You will create and maintain knowledge management tools, and assist in updating testing and training materials.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience required.
• Experience with life administrative systems is a plus.
• Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills required in addition to the ability to learn company products, processes and systems.
• Understanding of life insurance products is required.
• Strong verbal communication and business professional writing skills are required.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are required.
• Must be able to maintain hybrid scheduled work from our office West Des Moines, IA.
