Job Description:
- Create and periodically refresh training and educational materials in various formats such as posters, bulletins, electronic, power-point presentations, etc.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training for all levels of staff, including executives
- Facilitate scheduling, registration, coordination, and other logistics related to training, including securing and confirming locations, and equipment, and maintaining attendance roster
- Establish outreach and other creative ways to promote employee compliance in mandatory training.
- Research emerging trends and legal or best practices related to EEO, DEI, and fair housing and incorporate them into training materials as needed
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience in training methodologies and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage the audience
- Proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines, and coordinate scheduling
- Knowledge of EEO, DEI, and/or fair housing matters a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Employment & labor law: 5 years (Preferred)
- Staff training: 9 years (Preferred)
