We are looking for managers who can work independently, foster an atmosphere of coaching/not mandating, accept responsibility for budgeted numbers for labor, sales, profits, shrink, etc., but more importantly managers who know how to build a strong team who can work together to overcome any challenges and excel in all categories. As the store manager, you will also be responsible for hiring, and all store disciplines, adhering to all State and Local laws, and manage the cleanliness, safety and sanitation in your store.
