Superintendent Job at Lexington Property Group
Property management company currently seeking a responsible live-in superintendent for a small and quiet building, fluent in English and Spanish
- Maintenance repairs is not a full-time job, starting hourly rate: $20 per hr.
- Apartment free plus payment. (Maintenance payment will be separate pay)
DUTIES:
Keep entrances, walkways and stairways clear of debris, ice or snow.
Keep building and common areas clean and in safe condition.
Efficiently complete all daily work orders within 24 hours. Communicates any delays in completing a work order with the supervisor and management office.
Work with the property manager to ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed and on schedule.
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of hvac, plumbing, changing hot water tanks, fixing leaks, electrical, shower body's, paint etc.
Must have tools
Willingness to work odd hours including nights and weekends when necessary.
Reference needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
