Our client, is the world's leading enterprise provider of software, hardware and services for banks, retailers, restaurants, and telecom providers. The C-Level Executive team need a “white glove” Executive Support Engineer to assist and troubleshoot any technical issues they may have. You will get to travel along with various executive leaders, ideally once a month, globally!

**24/7 Support—May be times where a technical issue falls outside the 9-5 hours, since some Execs live overseas!!**

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in an Executive Support role (Desktop Support, Tech Support, Support Engineer, etc.)
  • Strong experience troubleshooting Mac & Windows OS and applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Experience with remote support applications
  • Military background
  • Strong organizational skills and a go getter mentality to solve problems quickly
  • Sharp communication, ability to interface with high level executives with excellent customer service mentality

Plus Skills:

  • Telephony experience, specifically Cisco & Microsoft Teams

Top 5 Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through calls, emails, and teams messages
  • Ask questions and listen to users to determine the root cause of issues; Respond to and resolve issues in person efficiently
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to systems, software, and hardware
  • Work through the problem-solving process, empowering end users to do the same in the future
  • Install operating systems and drivers, configure desktops, notebooks, and audio/visual systems

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
