Compensation
Salary Range: Min: $83,309 - Mid: $107,495 - Max: $131,682 Represented by UTLO (Grade E- 556)
Compression: $122,500
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for monitoring/performing audits at primary carriers to ensure that the primary carriers comply with NYCT-Department of Paratransit contractual requirements. These activities include continuous monitoring of on-time performance standards, management of pull out/radar surveys, reporting of camera/toll /contract violations, and license monitoring. Manage and develop driver safety and training programs in support of primary carrier operations.
Education and Experience
Six (6) years of related experience, including a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory/managerial experience; or
2. A satisfactory equivalent of education/experience
Desired Skills
Knowledge of bus transportation operations, including dispatching. Familiarity with constraints on scheduled and unscheduled operations. Ability to prioritize and delegate responsibility and supervise subordinates. The ability to make decisions rapidly and under pressure and effectively deal with availability of labor and equipment constraints.
