JOB SUMMARY: Performs daily routes to complete pool cleaning & maintenance services on both vacant and tenant occupied clients. Employee will be provided with a comprehensive route of properties to perform twelve to twenty pool cleaning services each workday.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Empty Skimmer Baskets
  • Brush Tile Lines
  • Remove Debris
  • Brush All Surfaces
  • Perform Chemical Readings & Rebalancing of Chemicals
  • Clean/Backwash Filter Systems
  • Check & Diagnose Pool Equipment
  • Vacuum Spas & Pool as Needed
  • Regular Communication with Residents
  • Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position in order to facilitate collaboration and teamwork, timely client interaction and working with company equipment during scheduled business hours.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong communication skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline oriented.
  • Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to interact effectively with residents, clients, and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience in residential or commercial pool maintenance.

TRAVEL: Travel in local area may be required as well as out of area based on business needs. Reliable transportation is required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervision of other employees is not exercised.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position requires reliable transportation and the employee must be mobile and physically able to perform pool maintenance tasks.
