Lockheed Martin is looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team in our Annapolis Junction, MD area. The Systems Engineer is responsible for providing customer support, including coordinating and orchestrating customer relations, program meetings; Responsible for coordinating with analysts to publicize product capabilities as well as collect requirements and feedback for existing capabilities.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off

Basic Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess security clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related subject area from an accredited college or university is required.
- Fourteen (14) years' experience as a System Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity with demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts. Seven (7) years' experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree
- Conduct functional system requirement identification and documentation.
- Functional decomposition and documentation of derived requirements.
- Identify system dependencies and interdependencies of candidate analytical tools.
- Integration of Agency/IC Compliance measures.
- Automate threat notification across various security domains to protect government, critical infrastructure, and the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
- Deliverables will be documented in weekly status reports and schedules.
- Document requirements decompositions for stated tools.
- Identification of areas/requirements that overlap/redundant.
- Define engineering assessments (NOT DEVELOPMENT) of opportunities to capitalize on those common area.
