Beanstalk Academy is a leading, full-service childcare, 3K - UPK, Early Head Start - Head Start and early education provider whose purpose is to support and accommodate our families' needs by providing a safe and nurturing childcare experience. We are actively hiring teacher assistants for children ages 3 months to age 5. Than includes Teacher Assistant for Infant Toddler, Pre-K and Preschool classrooms.

Teacher Assistant Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the lead teacher, following his/her lead in supporting all aspects of curriculum and instruction
- Participate in classroom instruction that is developmentally appropriate and meets the needs of children
- Actively interact with children, demonstrating patience and warmth in all interactions
- Actively engage with families to ensure parents/caregivers are knowledgeable about the child’s program
- Help lead instruction in small groups and 1:1 to support the lead teacher in differentiating instruction
- Work collaboratively with the lead teacher to promote child health and safety
Essential Skills:
- Caring and nurturing individual
- Understanding of Early Childhood Growth and Development
Requirements (Must have one):
Child Development Associate certificate (CDA)
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
