You will be part of the Data and Analytics Product Management team that designs, develops, and delivers data warehousing tools that equips internal users with clinical data, so they can do their jobs faster, better, and more accurately. We are data product owners, analysts, QA experts, and technology managers who set the vision of the products we build and coordinate the entirety of the product lifecycle. We work with our internal business partners to identify and prioritize value. We orchestrate the work across IT, architecture, data engineering, data science, BI, and application development.
This is a data-intensive operations role, where the candidate will work directly with technology-driven Product Owners and Product Analysts in the organization to determine the proper methods, practices, processes and tools that will solve enterprise challenges across Enterprise Analytics and its product lines. This person will use their significant experience in data flow, data technology, and databases, to navigate where standardization and guardrails will benefit the organization and balance that with ensuring we are empowering teams to be successful.
In this role, the candidate will be the primary Product Management evangelist, representing the Enterprise Data and Machine Learning organization both internally and externally, on PM practice-related initiatives and projects. The primary goal of this role is to support the Product Managers and Leaders in their pursuit of delivering meaningful outcomes by building the structural support needed for the Product Management practice to be successful.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify business value, document required data use cases and capabilities, and translate these into product requirements (user stories).
- Drive the definition, development, and deployment of best-in-class data capabilities that substantially enhance the consumer experience and address CVS’ strategic and financial objectives.
- Partner with project teams, vendors, engineering development, analytics, systems specialists, and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving products from inception to implementation.
- Build and represent the product vision. This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives.
- Prioritize the product backlog, participate in scrums and other agile ceremonies, and validate delivered solution designs.
- Gather and monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and quality, as well as identify optimization opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in technical product, program, and/or project management
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills to ensure all stakeholders understand and are aligned with the product plan.
- History of providing data-based experiences to customers that make the complex understandable.
- Deep experience with soliciting technical and data-related business requirements.
- In-depth experience with healthcare and/or clinical data
- Experience with interoperability concepts
- FHIR HL7 and USCDI experience
- SAFe Agile (POPM certification a plus)
- Management consulting experience
- Basic working knowledge of GCP and BigQuery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a data or healthcare data related field.
- Preferably, a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Health Policy, Business Administration, or other healthcare data related fields.
