Intrado is responsible for some critical parts of our everyday life. Our team is seeking a Technical Product Owner Analyst that will be responsible for leading and participating in technical project meetings to solicit, analyze, document, and refine requirements in support of software development, IT infrastructure or platforms development, service delivery or reporting solutions; provide technical business support to enhance the productivity of internal departments; coordinate with internal departments to evaluate and understand program requirements at both business and functional levels.

MAJOR JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead and participate in technical project meetings to solicit, analyze, document and refine the requirements in support of software development, IT infrastructure, platforms development, service delivery or reporting solutions in order to enhance the productivity of internal departments while ensuring adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments to evaluate and understand technical program requirements at both business and functional levels
• Document and analyze client and end user requirements and thoroughly understand the functionality of applications, systems, or IT infrastructures and the business solution each feature will provide
• Perform any research necessary to gather required information and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project is handled in a quality and timely manner
• Coordinate resources (e.g. development, quality assurance, etc.) to complete processes within established timeframes
• Create functional requirements and develop use cases for quality group to conduct testing
• Support larger initiatives by analyzing business and technical processes at the functional level so accurate decisions about development can be made
• As needed, accompany sales staff on prospect site or field visits to assist in conducting presentations in areas of expertise
• Understand software/ what it takes to test and write software.
• Support sales staff in answering prospects questions, and performing pertinent demonstrations of systems or applications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, MIS, business management or technical writing required
• Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational
• Minimum three years' experience in documenting technical requirements or business analyst capacity required
• Understand Safe Agile or Agile principles and practices preferred

For candidates located in Colorado, the starting salary for this position is $75-95K annually and will be commensurate with experience.
