Job Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound calls from merchants regarding technical support with their credit card terminals, account changes as well other inquire



  • Handle disgruntled clients and prevent them from cancelling their account



  • Handle client billing issues, follow up to insure customer satisfaction with service



  • Delegate equipment shipment



  • General office support - MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN ALL ASPECTS OF BUSINESS AND FILL IN FOR OTHER DEPARTMENTS




Location: Queens (3 stops outside of Manhattan from the N, Q, R, M and 7 trains)
