The Telemarketer Representative works under the direction of the Branch Manager, while assisting the Loan Officer with potential clients. The Telemarketer Representative is responsible to speaking to potential clients on the phone to inform them of Elite’s services, based on their inquiry and financial needs.

Job Duties

· Cold call prospects using a given phone directory

· Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

· Act as the first point of contact for any client concerns, to communicate/solve with Loan Officer

· Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable of available loan products, lenders, and the current market

· Market Elite’s services based on the client’s needs

· Record the client’s personal information accurately; credit score, home value, loan amount, etc.

· Partner with Loan Officer to maintain relationship with client

· Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude; create relationships from the start

Qualifications

· Authorized to work in the United States

· Energetic, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Sales experience is preferred, but not required

· Maintain high level of professionalism while interacting with all prospects/clients

· Able to commute and work regularly in office at Farmington Hills, MI

· Able to constantly be on the phone; inbound and outbound phone calls, working with a dialer system

· Able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk, while working on the computer and phone

· Bilingual is a plus

Important Additional Information

• Role is in office at our location in Farmington Hills, MI only; will not be remote
• Pay: $13/hr, plus commission of $2 for each application submitted (loan does not need to close)
