Bedrock care is seeking a Temporary Speech Language Pathologist(SLP) to cover a 12-week maternity leave at the Watsontown Nursing & Rehab location.
(The position has the potential to move into a permanent position at our local facilities.)
Salary: Very Competitive Rates
Shift Type: Day, 12-Week guaranteed hours beginning at the end of January 2023.

Job Duties for Speech Language Pathologist (SLP):
- Provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD's orders.
- Document findings on the standardized evaluation form.
- Provide a comprehensive treatment plan, including: long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
- Complete any and all documentation forms required by Bedrock Care.
Job Qualifications for Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) :
- Graduate of an accredited university with an MA or MS in communication disorders that is recognized by ASHA and state board.
- Holds current license and/or registration in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Successful completion of CFY.
