Traffic Signal Cabinet Production/Technician
Duties and responsibilities:
- Setting up, programming, and testing traffic cabinets by following schematics and diagrams
- Troubleshooting problems with electronics or wiring and finding a solution.
Electronics Technician skills and qualifications:
- Problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and devise solutions
- Observational skills to notice potential problems while programming, wiring, or testing cabinets.
- Demonstrated proficiency at interpreting diagrams and schematics
- Ability to operate tools such as multimeters, soldering stations, precision screwdrivers, and to distinguish between various colors of wiring
- Interpersonal and oral communication skills to interact, collaborate and provide instruction
- Familiarity with circuitry, wiring and splicing
Job Type: Full-time
