Successful candidate will provide saupport to the Air Operations Center (AOC) 10.1 Program Office, which is within the USAF Kessel Run (KR) Division and located at Langley AFB, VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary Point of Contract for AOC training support to 3+ AOCs worldwide; assists in identifying, prioritizing, tracking, managing, and following up on the AOC Type 1 Training for 3+ sites; monitors upgrades to AOC system components at three sites.
• Provides analysis and management of government-provided site (i.e., SharePoint, DI2E, or other) (Event database, Travel Request database, Budget page, contracts database).
• Assists with functional analysis for approximately 180 modifications each year to the AOC Weapon System (WS), ensuring training meets fielding timeline and requirements of field users as well as training for test events
• Manages all type 1 TDY training travel; includes coordinating with commercial vendors & scheduling classes, notifying Enterprise of available training, programming funds, and notifying travelers, tracking all TDY travel, and finally, reconciling travel vouchers in support of HBB FM.
• Performs site visits supporting site surveys, functional evaluations, SATVs, and numerous forums related to training, the simulators, and emerging technology.
• Responsible for coordinating both military funding and commercial contract actions in Web Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR) system in support of Type 1 Training.
• Assists in identifying, validating, prioritizing, developing, and managing the AOC Type 1 Training for new sites and operational tests in support of new system install and upgrades.
• Assist in overseeing the design, development, and delivery of Interactive Multi-Media Instructional training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in teams as well as independently at times
• Flexibility to work multiple projects and detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize competing activities / tasks
• Candidate must have an active US security clearance.
• Candidate must be a US citizen.
