And guess what? We're looking for a passionate team member to bring onboard to focus on all things youth travel - student groups, 18-35 years old, experiential travel, adventure travel, faith-based travel, etc.

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, enthusiastic individual who loves to travel for this exciting opportunity! As a Youth Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for building your book of business, personalizing travel itineraries and booking travel for clients to destinations all over the world. This role is geared towards Youth Travel (ages 18-35). This role is perfect for a well-connected, extroverted college student or recent grad looking to enter the tourism industry - or someone who has a passion for travel and helping others realize their travel dreams.

Job Summary

As a Remote Travel Agent you will handle the research and booking process for clients, this can include airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, activities, event/ticket sales, and more.

Roles & Responsibilities

Research, Create, and Book exceptional itineraries for clients

Review individuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs

Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinations within your niche (Romance Travel)

This is an independent position but you will work alongside agency owner to create a targeted sales plan and execution

Review budgets, and plan trips according to clients’ budget constraints

Create promotional materials

Stay up to date on changes and travel restrictions within the industry

Promptly respond to all travel inquires and effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel

Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients with grace

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 18 years of age, and be authorized to work within the US

Must be fluent in English

Must be able to effectively communicate with clients

Must have a smartphone with internet access and laptop

Previous sales and/ or customer service background is a plus

Travel is optional but beneficial to your business - attending trade shows, college campuses and hosting groups
