Position Overview:
Our UCaaS SMEs serve as subject matter experts on the SkySwitch platforms and its products and services, playing a key role in our partners’ success. We're seeking a motivated individual who is the right mix of UCaaS technician, customer advocate, product champion, sales engineer, and problem-solving enthusiast. UCaaS SMEs are required to communicate subject matter effectively to diverse internal and external audiences in various business circumstances.
The ideal candidate will have experience in various UCaaS applications and must have excellent communication skills and a team focus. An energetic personality, a desire to learn and help others learn, and strong project management skills are required. UCaaS SMEs are a resource for all White Label Revenue teams and a cross-functional resource for the entire company.
Work Locations: This is a hybrid or remote optional position with the ability to be based out of one of the following office locations: Grand Rapids Michigan, Herndon Virginia, Alpharetta Georgia, Blue Bell Pennsylvania
What You Will Do:
- Serve as a technical and functional expert supporting internal departments and partners.
- Be a subject matter expert in the implementation and support of end-users on the SkySwitch platforms.
- Develops a thorough understanding of Skyswitch products and services, and their usage by our Partners and their customers.
- Work closely with Product Management to encourage the adoption of SkySwitch products and services by our Partner community.
- Perform technical or product demonstrations to internal team members, prospects, and existing partners.
- Provide provisioning, implementation, or sales support to end-user accounts as needed.
- Preparation, maintenance, and delivery of training content.
- Maintain professional interaction with customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Report on key metrics across multiple projects.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the manager.
What You Will Need:
- 5+ years technical experience in the UCaaS industry.
- Demonstrable understanding of VoIP, Unified Communications, and the telecommunications industry.
- Experience provisioning various makes & models of VoIP gateways and IP Phones.
- Strong knowledge of service delivery (implementation of customer services from site survey to go-live status).
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
- Experience with CRM platforms is desired (HubSpot or similar).
- Ability to develop and articulate solutions to solve service delivery challenges.
- Capable of distilling complex processes and solutions into concepts consumable by Partners not familiar with hosted VoIP solutions.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
