Unit Clerk Job at Cape Regional Health System
Position requires flexibility for working 7p to 11pm shifts.
Collaborates with the patient care team to maintain safe, clean environment. Effectively communicates with the patient care team members, patients, and families; observes patient confidentiality. Responds to patient/ family and care team members in a timely manner.Specialized skills and knowledge includes: Demonstrates proficient computer skills, Knowledge of standing protocols, Maintains patient records according to policy, Makes copies of reports when indicated, Orders and maintains supplies, Assembles and maintains the patient record, Prepares patient records for transfer/discharge. Maintains customer service standards at all times.
Requirements: High school graduation or equivalent
