Maintain buildings in an exceptionally high degree of cleanliness, sanitation, neatness and attractiveness. Will work at all facilities as directed.

This position is 3rd Shift - 11pm-7am, Monday - Friday.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Properly cleans offices, conference rooms, lounges, lobbies, clerical areas, hallways, aisles, restrooms, factory areas, stairways, laboratories, cafeterias, and other work areas.
• Maintains as directed floors, walls, windows, doors, pipes, ducts, vents, and roofs inside of, above, or connected to building.
• Maintains factory and warehouse floors in constant state of cleanliness.
• Promptly reports maintenance and safety needs in assigned areas.
• Organize and order all coffee, paper plates, cups, plastic cutlery supplies.
• Organize and order all cleaning related products and supplies.
• Replace indoor HVAC, Water filters, etc. as required.
• Aid in the Maintenance Department with miscellaneous activities such as but not limited to preparing and replenishing production consumables (Argon Fence fixtures, Spiders, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds.
• Pick up garbage and debris as necessary.
• Organizes order and stocks supply closets with all needed supplies.
• Remove recyclable products such as bottles, cans, bailed cardboard and paper for town pick up
• Ensure upkeep of cleaning equipment.
• Assist with projects such as reconfiguring buildings, moving office space, and other light facilities functions

Expected Areas of Competence

• Equipment utilized: floor machines, carpet cleaning equipment, liquid vacuum, vacuums, lift trucks, and basic housekeeping tools.
• Basic cleaning skills required.
• General knowledge of hand tools
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs

Education/Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of housekeeping experience.
