Supervisor Responsibilities
Supervises vending route drivers, vending machines and all relationship with customers.
Trains delivery route drivers in performance of duties to stock, clean and merchandise vending machines and in the collection of money from machines.
Rides with route drivers to supervise their activities to ensure cleanliness and proper merchandising.
Listens to and resolves service complaints.
Responsible for day to day operations of assigned routes.
Competencies
Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions. Use reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
Technical Skills to understand and grow knowledge on the industry.
Great customer service skills, written and oral communication.
Experience
Customer service related
Language Skills
Hability to communicate and English and Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per week
