Veterinary Receptionist Job at Rahway Veterinarian Hospital
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team, at Rahway Veternarian Hospital. We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional individual to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets. 1 year customer service preffered but willing to train the right candidate.
We are a new facility looking to open within a few short weeks so please apply and we will get back to you as soon as possilbe. interviews will be via zoom.
- Customer service functions, including: greeting clients, processing payments, setting up follow-up appointments.
- Checking in patients as they arrive for appointments.
- Answering phones and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Assisting with the check in of emergencies and setting up new patient charts.
- Entering previous medical records for new patients.
- Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
- Use Windows based computer systems, word processing, email, web search and other skills needed to effectively use software.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Colonia, NJ 07067: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
