Wellness Coach Job at RCM Health Care Services
Wellness Coach should be comfortable with a caseload of about 23 tenants in scattered sites across Brooklyn NY. Wellness Coach will be required to make contact with caseload once a month to discuss treatment plans and other wellness-related issues. Wellness Coach will be working with individuals who have previously been incarcerated and have mental health diagnosis.

Monday 2p-10p
Tuesday 8a-4p
Wednesday 10a-6p
Thursday 8a-4p
- Candidate should have good documentation and communication skills
- Bachelor Degree Required
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Must be CPR Certified
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour
