We are looking for a Wireless Store Consultant who possesses a passion for technology to expand our growing and exciting company. The Wireless Store Consultant will primarily provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues. Furthermore, the Wireless Store Consultant will assist in advertising and selling our client's products and create competitive advantages for our company in the industry.
The Wireless Store Consultant will receive comprehensive training on all marketing strategies, tailored product messaging, brand management, merchandise displays, educating and engaging consumers on client’s products, and reporting the results to the executive management team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and inform customers of current/seasonal promotions and discounts.
- Communicate and act as the first point of contact for consumers.
- Deliver superior customer service by handling a variety of requests and complex customer concerns
- Maintained up-to-date knowledge of product policies regarding payments and terms of service.
- Attend regular meetings with the president of the company
- Collaborate in diverse and demanding team environments to meet and exceed organizational expectations and sales goals.
- Qualify customers and explain the benefits and features of our client's services
- Handle and follow up on escalations pertaining to rendered services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
- Following retail partners' procedures and policies.
- Attend all shifts and staff workshops as scheduled.
- High comfort level with personal technology, such as mobile devices and personal video platforms
