Job Posting Information

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., M - F; 40 hours per week.

Complex, specialized clerical work involving the application of advanced accounting principles to the maintenance of financial accounts and records.

Processes payments, receipts, checks, and garnishments.

Prepares payment vouchers and cash receipts.

Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent supplemented by courses in accounting or finance, and at least 6 months experience performing varied office and clerical tasks including documentation and maintenance of financial transactions; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.


Employees must work a least 30 hours per week to be eligible for insurance benefits.

Vacation leave, sick leave, and holidays are prorated for part time employees based upon the hours worked per week.

Temporary, seasonal, and on-call employees are not eligible for benefits.
