Accounts Payable Manager Job at Homer Companies
Accounts Payable
- Open, code and enter mail or e-mailed copies of invoices
- Weekly sort and file as necessary after entry into accounting software Timberline
- Review monthly statements when required and follow up with vendor if necessary
- Code and enter monthly fuel invoices between multiple entities
- Select invoices to be paid on a weekly basis and prepare checks to be mailed out
- Download monthly insurance invoices for COO to review and approve
- Download monthly utility bills and ensure timely payment
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively within the company
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of SAGE Timberline software preferred,
- College degree in related business field preferred
