Job Title: Assembly and Test Trainee
The individual will be capable of building and testing most company product with limited assistance, and any company product with moderate assistance. Reports to cognizant Lead Person or team leader when working in a group, and the Assembly and Test Supervisor or the Assembly and Test Manager when working alone. Due to growtth within our company we are adding 9 openings to our day shift!
Location: East Farmingdale, New York

Your Challenge:
- Complete assembly and test valve documentation
- Clean parts
- Identify alloy materials
- Read drawings
- Follow valve assembly and test procedural guidance
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor
Your Expertise:
- High School graduate.
- Refer to the applicable Department Skills Matrix for Job Qualifications / Requirements
- Mechanical assembly
- Hydraulics and Testing
- Machine shop operations
