Position Overview:
The Used Car Recon Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Used Car Manager with recon-related tasks, including follow-up with the service manager on the status of the vehicle and repair orders. In addition, this position will verify work performed and enter the data in the dealership (I -Recon) software.

Essential Job Functions:
- Communicate with Service Manager to ensure appropriate movement of vehicles to the shops and ensure timely completion of reconditioning
- Follow up with the service manager on the status of the vehicle and repair orders
- Enter Repair orders in the Dealership software (I Recon)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
