Cake Sales Consultant Job at Chantilly Cakes
Chantilly Cakes in El Paso, TX is looking for a cake sales consultant to join our team. We are located on 11601 Pellicano Dr. Ste D11. Our ideal candidate is attentive, organized, punctual and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to customers through personal interaction, phone calls, emails and social media messages.
- Coordinate and conduct appointments by reviewing the customer’s information, correspondence and preparing cake samples.
- Quote and invoice custom made cakes.
- Post social media content daily.
- Ask customers for online reviews.
- Work with other wedding professionals (florists, planners, venue managers, etc.) to confirm final cake details and set up.
- Order supplies and cake decorations when necessary.
- Represent company in networking events.
- Plan and participate in annual bridal show.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members.
- Outstanding organizational skills in regards to emails, documents and files.
- Strong time-management skills; ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.
- Desire to achieve results through determination and commitment.
- Have 1 – 2 years of prior retail experience in service or specialty store environment.
- Prior experience with customer management systems preferred.
- Baking knowledge is not required.
Schedule

*30-35 hours per week, based on workflow *Friday and Saturday are required *Flexible schedule
