Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Valid drivers license
- Call Center Manager Experience Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Schedule availability to work on evenings and weekends
- Competitive nature to be successful
- Willingness to adapt and overcome obstacles
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a team of 10 telemarketers
- Ensuring that KPI's are being met
- Training new hires to be successful and find ways to schedule appointments
- Quality checking seasoned telemarketers to help adjust to new obstacles
- Reviewing metrics and reporting out where we stand and how to improve
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,500.00 - $100,000.00 per year
