First Responders Medical Care, is a rapidly growing healthcare provider for all frontline
workers in the state of Maryland, is currently hiring for Certified Medical Assistants
at our Baltimore Location! We are looking for 1 individual that has hands-on experience
performing EGK, PFT, Stress Tests, ABI, and phlebotomy. Though we are seeking
candidates with experience, relevant job training will be provided.
We are offering per-diem and part time positions with the potential for per-diem
workers to move into a part time role.

Responsibilities:
- Taking medical histories
- Preparing patients for examinations
- Coaching patients during testings to ensure accurate results
- Assistant physicians during examinations
- Performing a variety of tests including ABI, PFT, EKG
- Updating and filing patient medical records
- Having appropriate bedside manner to help patients have the best experience
- Proven experience and/or certification in the above tests
- Performing stress tests (*highly preferred)
- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) (Required)
- Patient Care Technician (PCT) is also acceptable
