Job Title:
BOUTIQUE/COUNTER MANAGER
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To take responsibility of all the CHANEL spaces in a designated airport for the efficient and effective running of our account, managing the beauty advisors, the sales, stock, among others to achieve the business objectives. The Boutique/Counter Manager Beauty brings to this role energy, an ability to lead and correct while acting on their feel and an intuitive sense to think ahead and problem solve.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years of experience as retail sales supervisor/manager for fragrances and beauty products.
- Fluent speaker: English & Mandarin
- Adaptability to flexible shifts (AM, PM)
- Great knowledge in Microsoft tools such as: Excel, Powerpoint, Word among others.
- Proactive and autodidact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administration
Counter:
- Constant monitoring of PLV stock levels on testers, disposable material, blotters, expired visuals and any decoration required.
- Guarantee the accomplishment of the merchandising/planograms and ensure brand equity with proper image (cleaning, plv such as testers and blotters etc)
- Monthly checkings of counters - send photo graphic report with bullets asking for any repair, new visuals or adjustments needed;
- Analyze brand layout and propose suggestions for improvements
Stock:
- Support Brand´s inventory counting when necessary
- Avoid stock ruptures and empty shelves interacting directly with the area manager & sales executive

2. Effectiveness
Marketing Ps:
- Tracking of the in store pricing for CHANEL portfolio and ensure implementation of Price List twice a year
- Benchmark twice a year of competitors prices in coordination with marketing
- Ensure that the promotional calendar is implemented and follows the brand standard
- Store/Airport analysis & opportunities
4. Teamwork & Communication:
Beauty Advisor:
- Ensure the grooming, uniform and great customer service according to brand requirements
- Identify opportunities for development of BAs with specific skills (share with area manager and training team)
- Master product knowledge as well as new releases and ensure the coaching of the BAs on these topics.
- Ensure the usage of the Inside Beauty app and track BAs trainings performance
Store visits:
- Accompany the brand's representatives when visiting the store
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
