We are seeking a Client Experience Specialist to work at our Greeley, Colorado branch location. This is a great position for a self-starter to build and grow this portion of our business. Experience with lead generation systems and drip campaigns is a must. This position will work closely with branch personnel along with the corporate marketing team to focus on the retention of mortgage-based clients. An eye for detail is important as well providing full support to the branch including but not limited to database management, social media manager, setting up appointments, and assisting with all aspects of marketing/promotion functions.Client Relationship Specialist will also be responsible for attending open houses, closings and other events as requested.
Client Relationship Specialist Responsibilities:
· Make refi pipeline calls
· Make milestone calls
· Make TBD calls and set up new files for aged TBD's
· Help with any branch level marketing needs
· Attend events such as open houses and closings at Loan Officer requests
· Help with branch admin duties as needed
· Complete special projects as requested by branch manager
· Send post-closing thank you cards and make post-closing congrats call
· Make post-closing and clear to close calls
· Performs other duties as required and assigned
· Plans lunch and learns
· Coordinates approvals and compliance of marketing collateral and activities with corporate and other stakeholders as needed
· Social media manager – manages the creation and posting of content across platforms and monitors engagement.
· Creates and deploys content across channels examples include: social, blogs, email, print, website and video

Client Relationship Specialist Job Specifications:
· Must be a team player who has attention to detail and quick response times
· Must be highly proficient in Word/Excel
· Ability to compile and analyze performance data and create reports
· Fluent in Spanish
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent work experience
· In Office work required – this job is not remote
· Experience with Canva or other design software is desired
· Experience with real estate or the mortgage industry is highly desired
