SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Full-Time Assessment Clinicians to conduct assessments, diagnosing, and complete intakes for new clients.
Where will you work?:
Assessment Clinicians have the opportunity to work from home; but must reside in Arizona. All equipment needed for this position is provided. We are looking for Clinicians in the Phx Metro area!! - Including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas!
When will you work?:
Clinicians are full-time employees and work a full schedule Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:
- Required: Minimum of a master’s degree in a behavioral health related field
- Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and diagnosing required
- Behavioral Health Licensure a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Pay:
- Unlicensed Clinicians: up to $62,000
- Associate Licensed Clinicians: up to $64,700
- Independent Licensed Clinicians: $66,700
