Our Commercial Lines department is currently a seeking a CLD audit I operator.
Perform audits on Commercial Lines policies to develop earned premiums in accordance with company rules and regulations.
Pay range: $15.00/hr - $24.00/hr. Depending on knowledge and skills.
Be Ready To:
- process basic reporting audits
- develop favorable working relationships with associates and agents
- create, update and close reporting folders
- update reporting cabinet database
- request reports when needed
- collect random samples of policies and endorsements
- conduct quality verbiage checks on policies and endorsements from the exception que
- provide verbiage checks for endorsements
- cross train using CinciBill and e-CLAS®
- help process output
Be Equipped With:
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- good communication
- solid time management skills
- basic knowledge and understanding of coverage forms, department procedures, guidelines and manuals
- strong mathematical skills and problem solving
- motivated and able to work independently and within a team environment
- basic knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel and Outlook
- the ability to adapt to change and multi-task
