Job Responsibilities :
  • All AVIVA’s Sales Standards are met and exceed them
  • Provides support, oversight, and training and works in conjunction with the Director of Sales to consistently market the AVIVA Senior Living community and achieve desired outcomes
  • Effectively uses need-based selling to present AVIVA Senior Living’s advantages to professional referral sources
  • Establishes strategic marketing plans to guide marketing efforts and help achieve AVIVA Senior Living census objectives.
  • Effectively educates the professional community regarding AVIVA Senior Living assisted living and memory care services to gain appropriate resident referrals
  • Partner with outside agencies to promote the Community through public awareness, advertising opportunities, and community outreach programs.
  • Conduct outside sales activities which will include developing, coordinating, and delivering marketing presentations to agencies, organizations/groups, churches, etc
  • Participate in outside groups (such as civic organizations, boards, and business organizations) to promote AVIVA Senior Living within the greater community.
  • Implement aggressive referral networking.
  • Manage outreach efforts and sales through the CRM system and log sales calls daily
  • Participate in the admissions process
  • Manages marketing operating budget to assure spending is at or below budgetary guidelines utilizing spend-down sheets
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent AVIVA Senior Living image throughout the community, with promotional materials and special events held or sponsored by AVIVA Senior Living
  • Oversees and evaluates the market through research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Monitors competitive services and marketing activities of other assisted living communities in the area to assure AVIVA Senior Living remains competitive in the marketplace.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners such as the state and national ALFA chapters, Alzheimer’s Association, AARP, Diabetes Foundation, and so forth
  • Serves as liaison with outside agencies to create goodwill for AVIVA Senior Living and educate those outside agencies on AVIVA Senior Living services.
  • Supports the Director of Sales by conducting tours and responding to inquiries and walk-ins as needed
  • Provides support to the community during the absence of a Director of Sales (Sick or PTO Time off).
  • Is fully knowledgeable of the fire evacuation and disaster policy of the community and participates as assigned in fire and disaster drills
  • Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent personal or health information concerning residents and staff
  • Other duties as assigned related to the success of AVIVA Senior Living and our residents care, Comfort, and Happiness of our residents.

Qualification Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of related work experience; senior living experience preferred.
  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university, with major work in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Drivers license REQUIRED
  • Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to read and write, follow written and oral instructions, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work with the elderly in a courteous and friendly manner, demonstrating patience and compassion.
  • Ability to always perform duties with consideration for residents’ rights and demonstrate integrity and discretion in the care of residents and in handling their health information.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
