The Ideal Candidate can work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, 30 hours a Week or More.

Responsibilities of the Full Time Dietary Aide:
- Assist the chef in the preparation and service of food and beverages
- Coordinate daily dietary services with the nursing staff
- May serve food to bed residents
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal Food Sanitation Codes
- Ensure that work area is consistently clean and safe
of the Full Time Dietary Aide:
- Illinois Food Sanitation Certification (or ability to attain this upon hire)
- Some experience in a food preparation environment a plus
- Must be able to understand, speak and write English
- Good verbal communication skills
- Compassion, understanding and tolerance for older adults
