SUMMARY

• Works in an enclosed shop facility as well as open yard space servicing and maintaining pressure related equipment and the maintenance equipment associated with same
• Addresses job development, staging and documentation with all operations and sales members

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

• Understands and follows all Osprey Energy Services HR, HSE and Quality Management Policies
• Attends and engages in all OJT led by a Supervisor or Manager, and any other available training that is required to perform job successfully
• Responsible in all aspects of communications with Osprey employees, directly with Clients and with other third-party entities concerning job development and job sustainment for ongoing work
• Responsible for ticket generation and file development for job delivery and return as well as equipment transfer to and from other Osprey operating districts or to and from third party groups as needed for repair
• Works within the bounds of Osprey purchasing processes concerning interaction with third party vendors for product or services specific to facility or job fulfillment
• Works in conjunction with other Osprey departments and personnel to make sure the equipment is staged for delivery to a job site and for the return of equipment back to Osprey and/or the return of sub-rented equipment back to its third-party location
• Works in conjunction with Asset Management to address inventory control inclusive of new inventory components, inventory transfer, disposal and status in our inventory tracking system
• Responsible for working with other Osprey employees and departments to make sure that all charges and costing for jobs are assembled and correct for timely billing of those jobs
• Dispatcher Assists in developing and execution of necessary reporting concerning the functions of the office concerning communications and administrative functions with other departments to fulfill Osprey requirements
• Responsible to manage and keeps working area and facility in an organized and neat condition
• Available to work on days and times necessary to complete required work
• May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
• Provides and reinforces all matters to provide a positive working environment
