About us
Hearthside Door is a new division of Hearthside Fireplace & Patio, New England's largest fireplace installer. The company operates as a professional, agile, innovative business. The new Garage door division will provide garage door installation services to new construction builders as well as remodeling homeowners.
Requirements:
- Significant (5+ years desired) experience selling, installing, and servicing garage doors
- Management/oversight experience of garage door installation technicians
Responsibilities:
- Working with the existing New Construction division, grow garage door sales to be a multi-million business unit within 5 years.
- Hiring and employee training
- Sales and sales training
- Vendor interaction (Wayne Dalton, Clopay, Amarr)
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven manager to build a Garage Door business unit. Hearthside is investing heavily into this new division, and the right manager can capitalize on this high growth opportunity. Base salary is just the start...compensation will be largely driven by results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
