We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Print, pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Communicate with customers regarding shipping status and tracking information
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed
- Help with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Computer Skills
- Microsoft Excel Experience
