Executive Assistant - Executive Offices Job at MidFirst Bank
- Experience in handling a wide range of high-level projects and tasks with emphasis on follow through, direct communication and coordinating meetings with multiple executives in multiple time zones
- Able to work independently and anticipate what needs to be done while confirming and tracking daily and ongoing tasks
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Assist in planning board meetings, travel, and executive events
- Effectively manage and oversee personal and business tasks for multiple executives
- Be exceedingly well organized, flexible, proactive
- Have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks for multiple executives with strong attention to detail
- Ability to interact with staff at all levels, sometimes under pressure, while being resourceful and efficient
- Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and a sense of urgency
- Must be reachable 24/7 and have the ability to work after hours as needed
- Experience in/familiar with international travel
