Field Service Technician - Full Time

This role's purpose is to create happy, loyal customers by delivering professional, high-quality services that are promised to the customer. These services include fertilization and weed control, lawn insect control, soil treatments, tree and shrub care, outdoor pest control & more. If you are someone who enjoys working outdoors and is self-motivated to manage your own duties, this is the job for you!

The versatility of this role and the constant growth of the industry makes a great field to begin or advance your career. The majority of services we provide require our Field Service Technicians to be licensed through the state of MA. Although a plus, applicants are not required to hold an existing license. The opportunity for training, coordination and cost of the exam is covered by us upon hire for this position.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record (3 or more year of driving experience preferred)
• Ability to move 50 lb. bags, push spreaders, pull hoses etc.
• Reliability

Nice to Haves (but not required!):

• Knowledge in lawn care or plant health
• MA Pesticide Applicators License (eligible for signing bonus!)
• Strong time management skills
• Familiarity operating a schedule via mobile device/tablet

Schedule:

Full time position Monday-Friday. Opportunities for overtime. A few Saturdays will be required during busy seasons (Spring & Fall).

Compensation:

Starting pay ranges from $18.00 - $28.00 per hour and is determined on skills, experience and licensing.

Lucrative signing bonus offered to new hires that hold an active MA Pesticide Applicators License.
