We are looking to add top notch servers and a Bartender to our opening team that will help us provide unique guest experiences. Our guests expect greatness at Ketterman Ranch, and our team should expect the same. We are building a team focused on treating each other and our guests with respect and the highest levels of hospitality.
The ideal candidates will have creativity and the ability to shift and adjust based on guests’ needs.
Other duties include, but not limited to:
- Input on unique food and beverage-appropriate menus. Including consulting with clients to determine preferences, expectations, food allergies and dietary restrictions
- Maintaining the Front of House, Bar and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations
- Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies and beverages from approved vendors
- Assisting other Front of House staff in preparation, creation, service and delivery
Requirements and skills
- Advanced beverage skills including, flavor pairings and training service standards, and other best practices.
- Prior wine/spirit knowledge is required
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state and local food handling regulations
- Time management and organization
- Flexibility with hours and scheduling
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
